This class will not only be an intense educational and inspirational experience it will also be a lot of fun as well.

This class will be an intense learning experience for those who want to get a better understanding of the fine art of lighting and posing for portrait photography.

Through photographing live models in a studio situation, to sessions on location, Scott will explain in depth how to “See the Light” and also pose people with ease.

Having a better understanding of light control is essential to becoming a master portrait artist.  Learning how to control the lighting from strobes to natural daylight, and pose people with more of a natural look. Will give your photography that extra spark that will have your clients coming back as return customers for years to come.

This class will be a hands on class, so students will need to bring their cameras as well as computers to process files.

Some of the subjects covered: See the light -Learn how to find the edge of light sources with daylight or strobe- Understand how to create mood with the use of different lighting styles-Learn how to build depth with lighting-learn how to see composition and use it to build strength in your images-Understand how color effects composition –How to control the pace of composition thought the understanding of color and tonal value- How to pose subjects with ease-Facial analysis for more flattering portraits-Adjusting images in Photoshop for best print quality-Utilizing various computer programs to enhance and create fine art images.
